for me to view it and be sure you are ready to get the Property.
after viewing the Property, and if you really like it, You can go
together to the western union location agent or bank around You to
get the 1,050pounds back and we can reach an agreement on how you will
move into the Property.. I will pay back to you the charges you will
be using in sending the money at western union. If you dont
understand, Here is an examples of how to do it....

Jak widzę słowa "western union" to od razu kojarzą się wyłudzacze kasy, choć tutaj on niby nie chce by cokolwiek jemu płacić... Niemniej jednak śmierdzi mi to konkretnie. 450 łącznie z taxem i rachunkami za 3 pokoje? Nie rozumiem jedynie, jaką on mógłby mieć korzyść z tego, że wyślę mu jakiś dowód wpłaty, czy chce dane osobowe czy coś? Zetknął się ktoś z takim motywem?

z tym western union daj se spokuj wiadomo ze to walek,jak przeslesz kase to juz jej nie odbierzesz,kontaktuj sie tylko telefonicznie,po obejzeniu chaty jak ci pasi podpisujesz z landroldem umowe i placisz depozyt,prawdopodobnie bedzie chcial referencje od bylego landrolda lub agencji

no raczej ze to oszusci, tez mialem przypadki z Gumtree takich maili, piekne zdjecia pokoji za mala kase i wszystko wliczone no i western union na koniec ze chce dowod ze niby mam kase, no i ich fajne historje ze ktos z rodziny zginal i on jest za granica blee ble.... zlewajcie takie cos....pozdro....:D:D

Primo - to jeśli wyślesz komuś kase bez podpisanej umowy - to po prostu wyslalas komuś kase za nic - polski sarmacki gest - a niech ma te 1000f
2 - jesli jest rzetelny landlord to powinien zasugerować umieszczenie depozytu w DPS (Deposit Protection Service).
3 - to juz tylko moje gdybanie - ale taka atrakcyjną ofertę z miejsca przechwycila by pierwsza lepsza agencja .

wszystko prawda, tylko, że ten gostek pisze, że nie jemu ma się te pieniądze wysyłać a komuś kogo my znamy, ufamy i sobie wybierzemy... że on chce tylko potwierdzenie, że wysłałeś te pieniądze np. do swojej babci. Bardzo ciekawa jestem po co to i jak to działa???

Prosta sprawa, jak masz numer referencyjny wplaty i dane wplacajacego i odbierajacego to bardzo prosto "wyjąć" pieniadze z western union. Teoretycznie trzeba jeszcze miec dokument tozsamosci zgodny z danymi odbiorcy ale jak masz znajomego ktory prowadzi w swoim sklepiku punkt western to sprawa zalatwiona.
